Guardsman Security Group

Guardsman Security Group is a security company founded in 1994 by former armed forces personnel, with offices in Telford, Birmingham, Walsall, Congleton, Liverpool and Bristol. It covers Shropshire and the West Midlands. Its services include manned guarding, mobile patrols, key holding and alarm response, event security, construction site security, retail security, and concierge and front of house services. It also provides security dog handling, including explosives and narcotics detection dogs.

The company works with schools, factories, warehouses and residential settings, as well as events, concerts, stadiums and festivals. It runs a 24-hour control room, and its officers are supplied with body cameras. Its security personnel are SIA licensed, and staff are vetted for a minimum of 10 years with BS 7858 screening. Its accreditations include BSIA membership, ISO 9001:2015, CHAS health and safety accreditation, Living Wage Foundation accreditation and the BS 10800:2020 standard.
